Refund Terms Under the Guarantee
A refund is only possible if all of the following conditions are met:
  1. The client provided all the necessary access and data (CRM, ad accounts, analytics, and so on)
  2. The client followed the agreed way of working (calls, feedback, sign-offs)
  3. All the recommendations and actions agreed on at the start were implemented, or at least not blocked by the client
  4. The refund request was sent no later than 7 business days after the end of the first month of work
  5. The refund covers one month of work only
When a refund isn't issued
Refunds aren't issued when:
  1. the client didn't provide the required data or access
  2. the client didn't follow through on the agreed actions
  3. the recommendations weren't implemented because the client chose not to
  4. the client's expectations don't match the tasks agreed on at the start
  5. the service was delivered in full

The final financial results of the business also depend on the sales team, the product, and the company's internal processes.
The guarantee covers the quality and value of the marketing system we put in place, not the financial performance of the business.
