Public Offer for Services
This document is an official offer (a public offer) to enter into an agreement for marketing and consulting services.
By submitting a form on this site or paying for services, the client agrees to the terms of this offer.
The provider delivers marketing analysis, growth strategy development, consulting support, and marketing process management.

Paying for the services means you accept this offer, and an agreement between the client and the provider takes effect.
Services are delivered remotely using electronic means of communication.
The provider agrees to deliver the services in good faith and within the agreed scope of work.
The client agrees to provide the information and data needed to deliver the services in a timely manner.
All materials and deliverables are handed over to the client in digital form.
The provider is not responsible for the outcome of implementing any recommendations, since the client decides on their own whether to apply them.
The parties will make every effort to settle any disputes through negotiation. If that isn't possible, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
